Synopsis

Two cousins reunite after two decades in Alexandra Township, Johannesburg. What was meant to be a perfect reunion turned out to be the worst experience of their lives. Disaster struck when a deadly drug lord went out for blood and vengeance after a botched robbery. Young men lost their lives and mothers mourned their sons. This is a classic tale, inspired by a true story, that illustrates the social imbalance in South Africa that turns young men into criminals. They live on the other side of the Rainbow Nation and they call themselves MAGENTS.
