Xoliswa Matanzima-Jozana is a retired public servant, who has served in senior positions in The Presidency and the Department of Rural Development and Land Reform. Her former work experience includes teaching at the Bendel State University (now named Edo State University) in Nigeria and the University of Transkei (now Walter Sisulu University) in the Eastern Cape, South Africa. She is passionate about rural development and observing cultures as demonstrated in her chapter on travelling.
